Clinical Marketer

A conversion-focused React and Node.js platform for a cash-pay physical therapy business coaching company, built to turn program pages, client proof, and a resource library into one system that drives applications for two coaching programs.

Clinical Marketer

Challenge

Clinical Marketer coaches cash-pay physical therapy practice owners, and the brand runs on proof: client results, real revenue numbers, and a library of guides. The challenge was fitting two different coaching programs, a wall of client success stories, a nine-guide resource library, and a full company story into one site that still points every visitor toward one action, booking a call, without turning into a wall of text. The site also needed to work for two very different visitors on the same page: a PT still doing $8K/mo who needs to be convinced this is possible, and a practice owner already at $50K/mo deciding whether a more advanced program is worth it. And since every claim on the site is a specific dollar figure or timeframe, the content structure had to keep those numbers organized and easy to update as new client wins came in, not buried in static, hand-coded sections.

Solution

I built the site as a React front end with a Node.js and Express backend, styled with Tailwind CSS, and set up Umami for privacy-friendly analytics instead of a heavier tracking stack. The homepage is built around a single decision funnel: a hero that states the outcome in plain language ("Get Un-Stuck. Help More People. Get Paid What You're Worth."), a proof strip of trust signals, a Six Pillars section that breaks the whole coaching system into six concrete components, then real client numbers, then the $1M+ club, then the guarantee, then one final call to action. Every section earns the right to the next one instead of repeating the same pitch. For the two coaching programs, I built a dedicated Programs page that lays Limitless DPT and the Performance Mastermind side by side with the same structure, what's included, who it's for, and a clear apply button, so a visitor can self-select the right program in one glance instead of reading two separate walls of text. Client proof gets its own dedicated Client Success page instead of a homepage carousel: an award-winner photo grid for the $100K+ club, then individual before/after case cards with a name, timeframe, a before number, an after number, and a direct quote. I built this as a repeatable card pattern so new client wins can be added without redesigning the page. The Guides section is a structured library, nine guides in a single grid, each with a consistent title, one-line description, and a "Read Guide" link, so the content team can keep publishing without the page layout breaking. The About page follows the same discipline: a timeline of the company's actual founding story from 2013 to 2024, followed by a full team grid so every coach is a named, credentialed practice owner rather than an anonymous "our team" section.

Project Overview

Clinical Marketer is a business coaching company built for cash-pay physical therapy practice owners, DPTs who bill patients directly instead of relying on insurance reimbursement. The brand's own positioning is direct: "We're not a marketing agency. We're a business growth system."

I built the site as a React and Node.js/Express platform with Tailwind CSS, structured around one goal: take a visitor from "I'm stuck at an inconsistent income" to booking a discovery call, using real client numbers as proof at every step instead of generic marketing language.

A Homepage Built As One Funnel

The homepage doesn't try to say everything at once. It's built as a sequence, where each section earns the right to the next.

Clinical Marketer homepage hero with the headline "Get Un-Stuck. Help More People. Get Paid What You're Worth." and a Become Limitless call to action

The hero states the outcome in plain language, backed by a "Trusted by 500+ cash-pay PT owners" trust line and a five-star rating, right where the first-time visitor lands. From there, the page moves into the actual system.

Six Pillars section breaking the coaching system into Patient Acquisition, Sales Mastery, Systems & Operations, Hiring & Team Building, Patient Experience, and Financial Intelligence

The "Six Pillars. One System. Zero Guesswork." section breaks the whole coaching offer into six concrete components instead of a vague promise. Each pillar gets its own short description, so a visitor understands exactly what they're being coached on before ever seeing a price or program name.

Proof Before Programs

Before the homepage asks for anything, it shows real numbers.

Client testimonial cards on the homepage with results like scaling to $30K/mo in under 6 months and going from $8K to $80K in revenue

Each quote is paired with a specific, named result, not a generic "great experience" testimonial. That same discipline carries into the next section, a photo grid celebrating clients who crossed $1,000,000 in annual revenue inside the system.

Putting real faces and real numbers this high on the homepage does more convincing than another paragraph of copy could.

Two Programs, One Comparison

Clinical Marketer runs two coaching programs aimed at different stages of a practice, and I built a dedicated Programs page so a visitor never has to guess which one applies to them.

Two Programs, One Mission page comparing Limitless DPT, a 90-day accelerator, against the Performance Mastermind for established practices scaling past $50K-$100K per month

Limitless DPT and the Performance Mastermind are laid out side by side using the exact same card structure: who it's for, what's included, and a clear apply button. A DPT building their first consistent $10K month and a practice owner scaling past $100K land on the same page and immediately see which card matches where they are, without a sales call.

A Dedicated Page For Client Proof

Testimonials are scattered lightly through the homepage, but the real proof lives on its own Client Success page, built around two repeating patterns instead of a single generic carousel.

Celebrating Our $100K+ Club photo grid on the Client Success page, showing award photos for clients like AJ Cohen, Ben Keene, and William Schopp

The first pattern is the award-winner grid: a photo, a name, and the specific milestone reached, whether that's a 7-figure practice or a first $10K month in 90 days.

Before/after client result cards showing named clients with a specific before number, after number, and quote, such as going from $8K/mo to $80K/mo with 7 employees

The second pattern is the detailed case card: a client name, a timeframe, a before state, an after state, and a direct quote. I built this as a repeatable component so the team can keep adding new client wins without needing a redesign every time someone hits a new milestone.

A Resource Library That Can Keep Growing

Beyond the coaching programs, Clinical Marketer publishes guides aimed at physical therapy practice owners at every stage, from starting a cash-pay practice to ranking a clinic on Google.

I built the Guides page as a structured grid of nine cards, each with the same title, one-line description, and "Read Guide" link. That consistency means new guides can be published on an ongoing basis without the page layout breaking or needing a developer involved.

A Real Story, Not A Generic About Page

The About page tells the company's actual founding story instead of a vague "who we are" paragraph.

Built From The Trenches, Proven In The Field timeline on the About page showing the company's history from 2013 to 2024

A timeline runs from 2013, when the founders launched their first venture at 19, through securing funding, pivoting into physical therapy business coaching, and scaling to $3M+ in collective client revenue by 2024. Below that, a full team grid shows every coach by name, each one a current or former cash-pay practice owner.

Frontend, Backend & Analytics

The frontend is built with React and styled entirely with Tailwind CSS, keeping the component structure and styling conventions consistent across every page, from the homepage funnel to the Guides grid.

The backend runs on Node.js with Express, handling routing and serving the application. Keeping the frontend and backend on one JavaScript stack simplified the build and kept the codebase easier to maintain as one person's project.

For analytics, I set up Umami instead of a heavier third-party tracking suite. It gives the client clear visibility into traffic and page performance without the overhead or privacy tradeoffs of larger analytics platforms.

The Outcome

Clinical Marketer's site brings together two coaching programs, a full client-proof system, a nine-guide resource library, and the company's real story into one platform that stays focused on a single next step: booking a call.

Every section of the site is built to prove a claim with a real name and a real number, then move the visitor forward, rather than relying on generic coaching-industry language. The result is a site that reads less like a marketing page and more like a growth system, which is exactly how Clinical Marketer describes itself.

Results

  • Built a single-funnel homepage that moves from headline promise to Six Pillars system breakdown to real client numbers to the $1M+ club to a 14-day guarantee to one final call to action, instead of stacking disconnected marketing sections.
  • Built a two-program comparison page (Limitless DPT vs. Performance Mastermind) with identical structure for both, so visitors at different revenue stages can self-select the right program in one glance.
  • Built a repeatable client-proof card pattern (name, timeframe, before number, after number, quote) used across the Client Success page so new wins can be added without redesigning the page.
  • Structured a nine-guide resource library with a consistent card format, so new guides can be published without breaking the grid layout.
  • Set up Umami analytics for lightweight, privacy-friendly traffic tracking instead of a heavier third-party analytics stack.
  • Built the site on React, Node.js, and Express with Tailwind CSS, keeping the frontend and backend on one JavaScript stack.
