NTX Real Estate

A fast WordPress website for a Dallas-Fort Worth real estate brokerage, connected to GoHighLevel so every new lead gets a text and email reply in under 30 seconds instead of hours.

NTX Real Estate

Challenge

NTX REI was paying for traffic, but visitors weren't turning into closed deals. The real problem was speed: every lead came in through a form, and the team called or emailed back whenever they had time, sometimes hours later. In real estate, that's already too late, buyers move on to the next agent fast. The site also needed to make finding a home feel effortless, while still representing a broker who offers more than typical listings, from investor property management to matching Section 8 voucher holders with move-in ready homes.

Solution

I built a fast WordPress site at ntxrei.com with a clean, search-first homepage, live MLS listings, and a graceful way to handle empty results. Then I connected every contact form directly to GoHighLevel, so the moment someone submits their info, they get a personalized text and email within 30 seconds. If they reply, a calendar link goes out automatically, no back-and-forth needed to book a call. Testimonials, an FAQ built around real Dallas-market questions, and a full agent and property management roster round out the site, so leads convert with confidence instead of hesitation.

Project Overview

NTX REI is a real estate brokerage serving buyers, sellers, renters, and investors across Dallas-Fort Worth. Broker Saad Khan and his team also run a niche business inside that: matching Section 8 voucher holders with move-in ready homes for investor clients.

The client came to me stressed out. They were spending money on ads, people were visiting the site, but closed deals weren't moving. I built them a fast WordPress website, then connected it to GoHighLevel so their follow-up could run automatically instead of manually.

The Challenge

The bottleneck wasn't traffic, it was speed. When someone is ready to buy or sell a house, they're in a hurry. If a lead fills out a form and waits two hours, or a full day, for a reply, they've already moved on to a competitor.

NTX REI's team was missing calls, letting emails sit unread, and losing deals every day simply because they couldn't keep up with the manual back-and-forth. On top of that, the site had to represent a broker with more going on than typical listings, buying, selling, renting, property management, and a Section 8 investor-matching program, without turning into a cluttered mess.

The Solution

I told the client straight up: you don't need a prettier website, you need a system that closes the gap between "I'm interested" and "let's talk" in under 60 seconds. So I built two layers that work together.

The front end is a clean, fast WordPress site with a search-first homepage and live MLS listings. The back end is GoHighLevel, wired directly into every form on the site, so a new lead gets a text and email reply in seconds, not hours.

Homepage Experience

The homepage leads with the promise itself, "Turning Real Estate Goals Into Reality Across Dallas-Fort Worth," and puts the search bar front and center: location, price, property type, and beds & baths, with a toggle between a standard "Advanced Search" and an AI-assisted search.

Right below the fold, the site introduces Saad Khan and NTX REI's full range of services, including the investor property-matching program for Section 8 voucher holders, so that niche part of the business gets real visibility instead of being buried in an About page nobody reads.

Live Listings, Not Static Pages

Instead of a generic "browse our listings" page, the homepage pulls live listings straight from the MLS feed, mixing homes for sale and homes for rent so the site works for every kind of visitor.

A "How It Works" section right underneath backs this up with three simple promises: a wide network of qualified buyers and sellers, an exclusive portfolio of properties, and expert guidance from certified agents.

A dedicated "Featured Listings" grid pulls in more live inventory below that, and even handles the awkward cases gracefully, like a listing with no photo yet, instead of showing a broken image.

Buy Or Sell, Either Way

Not every visitor is searching for a home; some are trying to sell one. When there are no new listings to show, the site doesn't just show a blank space, it transitions straight into an "Exclusive Services" section split cleanly into two paths: "Are You Looking For a New Home?" and "Want To Sell Your Home?", each with its own call to action straight into a home valuation request.

From Form Submission To Booked Call

This is where the real engine kicks in. Every contact form on the site, including the one built into the Contact page with a full list of agents and a property management line, is wired directly into GoHighLevel.

The instant someone submits their name, email, and phone number, a background workflow fires: a personalized text message and a professional email go out within 30 seconds. If the lead replies to the text, the system automatically sends a calendar link so they can book a time right then, no "does 2pm work for you?" back-and-forth required.

Building Trust: Testimonials & FAQ

Before someone commits to a call, they want proof it's worth their time. A testimonials carousel features real client reviews, like one from a past buyer praising Saad Khan's knowledge and attitude throughout the process.

Right beneath that, an FAQ section answers the specific questions a Dallas-Fort Worth buyer or seller actually has: what the current market looks like, how to choose the right broker, which neighborhoods to consider, and whether now is a good time to sell.

Content Structure

The WordPress build gives NTX REI room to keep growing across every part of the business.

The site includes clear sections for:

  • Property search and listings
  • Buyer, seller, and renter resources
  • Investor and property management services
  • Agent profiles and contact
  • Home valuation requests
  • Blog content
  • FAQs

This keeps the site easy to expand as the brokerage adds agents, listings, and service areas.

The Result

Today, NTX REI's follow-up engine runs quietly in the background, 24/7. The team has stopped chasing cold leads manually. Instead, they open their phones and see appointments already booked on their calendars.

The website and the automation behind it work as one system: the site captures interest, and GoHighLevel closes the gap between interest and a real conversation before the lead has a chance to go cold.

Key Takeaways

This project is a good reminder that a good-looking website isn't the whole solution for a business that lives or dies by response time. The real fix was connecting the front end directly to an automation system that acts the moment a lead shows interest.

For NTX REI, that meant a fast, search-first site paired with a GoHighLevel engine that replies in seconds, books its own appointments, and lets the team focus on closing deals instead of chasing them.
